Statement of Purpose

The original purpose of this website was to offer a perspective on the Alexander Technique as a valuable practice for:

• people seeking a more easeful life
• people in pain
• people hoping to enhance their performance

As I retire from my teaching practice, mentoring AT teachers is my central focus. My dream is to pass along the wisdom and mentoring I have received from my own teachers: Deborah Caplan, Judith Liebowitz, Frank Ottiwell, and Elisabeth Walker.
